Signing an MOU in Netherlands
with Stella Wisse Professional Organizer Co.

After having been actively present in Egypt market for several years, Bloom Business School-BBS is happy to announce that it expanded its educational programmes especially the post graduate degrees; MBA and DBA and professional diplomas to the European market through signing an MOU with Stella Wisse Professional Organizer Co.
It is worthy to mention that the post graduate degrees are certified by Bloom’s international partners; European Universities and Business Schools from France, Denmark, Switzerland and UK. All degrees are well accredited and recognized by quality entities of education abroad.
Stella Wisse Professional Organizer Co. is now the official partner of Bloom Business School, BBS, in the Netherlands and Europe that will be responsible for the European students’ admissions procedures of the MBA, DBA and Diplomas.
The MOU has been accomplished between Dr. Mary Louis; the Co-Founder of Bloom Business School, BBS and Ms. Stella Wisse; the Owner of Stella Wisse Professional Organizer Co.
Who is Stella Wisse?
Stella was born in 1965 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
She obtained her master’s degree in the French Language and Literature from the State University of Utrecht in 1988, with a minor in the Arabic Language and Culture. After her graduation Stella decided to move to Egypt, intrigued by its history and culture. What was meant to be a short stay, turned out to be a stay of more than 20 years.
After a successful career in the hospitality industry and medical industry in Egypt, at the Consular Section of the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Cairo (and later at the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Hague), she spent the last ten years of her 20 years stay in Egypt in the educational field and that was where she met Bloom’s partners and where their friendship started.
Stella returned to the Netherlands in 2013, in the aftermath of the Egyptian Revolution of 2011, and started her own company as Professional Event Organizer in 2017.
