Train of Trainers

The content of this program aligns with the ADDIE model. ADDIE is the commonly accepted instructional systems design (ISD) training cycle used by most people in the workplace learning and performance (WLP) profession; it represents the process used to create and deliver training. The acronym stands for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The train-the-trainer diploma is divided into Introduction and four modules.
